The term Plant-Based usually refers to a diet that is comprised of plant foods, either totally or partially. But what exactly are plant foods you may ask? They are minimally processed foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Plant-Based diets usually incorporate plant food substitutes for milk, cheese, and meat. Just as with any diet, the key is in ensuring that your meals are still very well balanced. Today’s challenge will see each young chef incorporating Nestles Natures Heart Almond Drink in this week’s meal challenge.
