Food-Plating is a creative, fun way to help children enjoy mealtime. Exciting food plating can be just the trick you need in you have a picky eater on your hands. Foods that they typically do not enjoy can go unnoticed if it’s in the shape of their favourite animal! That’s the fun part! The key however is ensuring that the plate, or rather the meal is balanced and has proper representation from the food groups! Today’s challenge the young chefs will have to replicate one of Chef Lumley’s signature dishes.
