For the past 29 years, NESTLÉ, through its MILO® brand, has proudly sponsored the MILO® ® West Games. In 2017, its 30th anniversary, the Good Food, Good Life company continued the tradition with a TTD$120,000 contribution. One notable change was made, though.
 

Kelvin Nancoo Games: Awarding Excellence in Sport

The Games were renamed the ‘Kelvin Nancoo West Games’ by its organizing committee. This, in honour of the significant contribution made by Games Chairman and Chairman of the Port of Spain and Environs Sports Council, Kelvin Nancoo. Each year, the ​Zonal Games provide a forum to unearth the rich athletic (track & field) talent resident in North West, Trinidad​. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Nancoo has worked tirelessly with each of the primary schools in Port of Spain and environs; the Principals, Teachers, parents and students themselves, to develop the athletic prowess of the nation’s youth.

Producing Champions

The Kelvin Nancoo West Games are well-known as a​ premier activity​ and ​is the showpiece of the North-Western District. It​ has produced a slew of athletes responsible for winning medals at national, regional and international athletic events.
