Nestlé for Healthier Kids Camp fUnstoppable

It's Camp time again! This year we're bringing camp home to you because we can’t get together, but the fun won’t be stopped. Children ages 6-12 can look forward to learning about planting, portion control, exercise and lots more, using their 2020 camp in a box. These topics were selected to help prepare your little one to lead a fUnstoppable and healthy life. So, sign up today so that they can receive their camp in a box, because fUnstoppable kids make a difference!

I hereby agree to release, save harmless and indemnify Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago Limited and Nestlé Jamaica Limited  its parent company, governing board, officers, officials, employees, agents and/or representatives and volunteers (“Nestlé”), and other participants, from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, damages, demands, rights or causes of action, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, damage, loss or expenses to my person or children or property, whether foreseen or unforeseen, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, and where ever and how ever caused, arising out of or in the course of my child’s/children’s participation in the Nestlé for Healthier Kids Camp fUnstoppable, Summer Camp in a Box 2020 notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act or failure to act, including without limitation, negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory duty of care of Nestlé.
 
I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Nestlé from any and all liability for any damage to property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my child’s/children’s participation in the Nestlé for Healthier Kids Camp fUnstoppable, Summer Camp in a Box 2020.  
 
I further agree that these terms and conditions are binding on not only myself but my next of kin, heirs, guardians, spouse, executors, administrators and assigns.
 
I further grant Nestlé the right to use my child’s/children’s name, picture and/or likeness in printed, online, broadcast, and other material concerning the Nestlé for Healthier Kids Camp fUnstoppable, Summer Camp in a Box 2020 on a worldwide basis; provided such use is related to my child’s/children’s participation in same.

 

FAQs

For your safety we will be using a drive through process. So you can stay in the comfort of your car and collect your package, but you will be required to wear your mask, once you enter the compound at Nestlé Jamaica. Your vehicle will be directed to the guard booth, where you will present your name with a valid form of ID. Please note, that this name must be the same name used on the registration form. Once your identification is verified you will sign our document acknowledging receipt and then make your way into the compound, proceeding to the tent so  you can collect your camp in a box. You will then be directed off of the compound and on your way to Camp fUNstoppable.

*Please note, once you have expressed interest in sharing a review you will be required to sign our Talent Release Form.

From the 3rd of August all of our episodes will be hosted on our corporate YouTube channel Nestlé Caribbean with a dedicated playlist entitled Camp fUNstoppable.

Once you have expressed your interest in sharing a review, you will be required to sign our Talent Release form that gives us permission to share your experience. Our team will then contact you to get your honest feedback. This feedback can come in the form of a testimonial, a photo of the craft, a video of your little one doing their physical exercise or a video from them describing their experience at Camp fUnstoppable.

Your package will contain a recipe card for two delicious kid approved recipes along with a set of measuring cups. You will also receive a pack of crayons, a pencil, a dice cut out, a pack of seeds and a bag of dirt. The package also includes a letter addressed to parents and guardians and one 200ml Nestlé product for their enjoyment and an activity in Camp fUnstoppable.
