As a trainee, flexibility is key. I have rotated across different functions such as Sales, Factory and now I have been given the opportunity to gain experience in Accounts Payable in Nestlé Caribbean Incorporated (NCI). I am excited every day for the next opportunity to rotate to another Finance and Control (F&C) area or department.
The scope of learning for trainees in F&C is broad as we support all functions and I am supported in my development with each new team I get to work with.
