Mikelle Gomez, Field Services Analyst

Information Systems and Information Technology (ISIT) is a stimulating and rewarding field. I am pleased to say that as an ISIT Basic Trainee, I was exposed to every aspect of the business and its roles. I had the opportunity to learn and develop in Sales, Factory Operations, Finance and our Distribution Complex.

I was able to gain a wealth of knowledge and ultimately contribute to the overall service level of the ISIT department. Being a trainee was instrumental in helping me improve my communication and networking skills as I interacted with all levels of staff and management. I was able to take advantage of the opportunities afforded to me by Nestlé which enabled me to develop personally and professionally.

I am eager to be involved in our ISIT orientation for new employees as this helps to set the precedence of what is expected from them which contributes to greater compliance and less issues.
