During my trainee programme I have always been treated and considered a professional member of staff, not just a trainee. I have never felt excluded in our sales projects and have always been empowered to contribute to the achievement of our sales goals. Real responsibilities were given to me during this programme and I was able to achieve my objectives with the support of my leaders.
The trainee experience has been invaluable to me. In fact, after 2 years of demonstrating and proving my technical and behavioural capabilities, I was promoted to my current role where I have the opportunity to get involved in more strategic assignments.
I am looking forward to continue working with a distributor on implementing a new change in their current route and excited to see the favourable results and growth in their overall business.
