Entrepreneurship: discover what it is and why everyone wants to do it

Today, it is very common to hear the term entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, entrepreneurial and similar terms in meetings, with friends or on business websites because it is an increasingly popular activity among people who want to become their own boss, starting their business or an independent company.
What is it?
Entrepreneurship is the process that a person (entrepreneur) carries out to start a project with a commercial or social purpose. The goal is to stop being an employee by creating your own company or project; however, it can also be an additional activity while having a formal job.
How to become an entrepreneur?
Before anything else, you need the desire and the passion to do it. From there, you must start developing an idea that you are passionate about, create a concept, establish a business plan, find partners and capital to make your idea come to fruition.
This is not a simple process, so you need to thoroughly investigate everything related to your business or project, the current market status and all the tasks required to make it happen. We recommend you to train by attending courses and look for advice with people or coaches who have experience in this kind of undertaking. There’s a lot of great free content available on the web.

Pros and Cons of being an entrepreneur
Although it may seem like an arduous task, the satisfaction of starting your own company has no comparison because it is your own idea that you are carrying out and you’re working on something that you are passionate about.
On the other hand, you will need a lot of patience, because you will have to put more dedication than in any conventional job. Know that you will be investing all your energy and money on this. Income simply won’t show on your door step right away. The path you take and the success or failure of your company will be your sole responsibility.
What are you passionate about?
The three keys for a successful entrepreneurship are the will, persistence and passion you have for your own project.
