In addition to enjoying NESTLE® OMEGA low fat milk containing omega 3:6, you should also keep the following in mind for a healthy lifestyle:
- Heart disease is a gradual process, so think about prevention nowv
- Include an appreciable amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet
- Replace saturated fats (primarily from animal sources} with unsaturated fats from fish and legumes
- Exercise 2-3 times per week for 20-30 minutes
- Keep close to your ideal body weight
- Don't smoke
- Consume alcohol moderately (maximum - one drink per day, no more than seven per week and two to three drinks maximum at occasions}
- Reduce stress
- Laugh more and surround yourself with positive thoughts
