Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup NESTLE® Omega Low Fat Milk
  • 1 cup Strawberry I mixed berry yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • ½ cup Strawberries & blueberries, diced

Method

  • In a small bowl, pour ½ cup each rolled oats, Low Fat Milk, yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined and place into a small mason jar
  • Repeat process with remaining ingredients and place into another mason jar
  • Top each jar with ¼ cup of diced berries, cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator
  • Oats will be ready to serve in the morning

  • 1 med Banana
  • 2 tbsp Instant oats
  • 1 tbsp Wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla essence
  • 2 cups Ice, crushed

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
