NESTLÉ® Omega Recipes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup NESTLE® Omega Low Fat Milk
- 1 cup Strawberry I mixed berry yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- ½ cup Strawberries & blueberries, diced
Method
- In a small bowl, pour ½ cup each rolled oats, Low Fat Milk, yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of honey
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined and place into a small mason jar
- Repeat process with remaining ingredients and place into another mason jar
- Top each jar with ¼ cup of diced berries, cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator
- Oats will be ready to serve in the morning

- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Ice, crushed

- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
